1. Sponsor

Keyspire Group Inc., 260 Holiday Inn Drive, Unit 23, Building A, Cambridge, Ontario N3C 4E8, Canada (“Keyspire” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of Canada and the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Keyspire Group Inc. and their immediate family members and household members are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited by law. US residents from Florida, New York, and Rhode Island may enter; however, Keyspire reserves the right to verify and comply with applicable state registration requirements prior to awarding prizes in those states.

3. Contest Period

The contest begins on June 12, 2026 at 9:00 AM Eastern Time and ends on June 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time (the “Contest Period”). Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

To enter, visit Keyspire’s Google Review page and submit a rating and written review during the Contest Period. One (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Submission of a review constitutes acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.

5. Prizes

Twenty (20) winners will each receive one (1) Amazon Gift Card with a retail value of $50 CAD (or equivalent in the currency of the winner’s country of residence). Total prize pool value: $1,000 CAD. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Prizes may appear different from promotional images.

6. Winner Selection

Twenty (20) winners will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The draw will take place on or before June 21, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Skill Testing Question (Canadian Residents)

Before a prize is awarded to a Canadian resident selected as a potential winner, they must correctly answer, unaided, a time-limited mathematical skill testing question consisting of a minimum of three mathematical operations. Example format: (25 × 4) + 50 − 20 = ? Failure to correctly answer the skill testing question will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected.

8. Winner Notification and Prize Claim

Potential winners will be notified by email using the contact information associated with their Google account within five (5) business days of the draw. Winners must respond and claim their prize within five (5) business days of notification. Failure to respond within this period will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be selected. Winners will be announced at www.keyspire.com on or before June 28, 2026.

9. Conditions of Entry

By entering, participants agree to: (a) be bound by these Official Contest Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding; (b) release and hold harmless Keyspire Group Inc. and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize; and (c) grant Keyspire permission to use their name and general location for winner announcement purposes without further compensation.

10. General Conditions

Keyspire reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Keyspire’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. Keyspire reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. All federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

11. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this contest will be used solely for the purpose of administering the contest and awarding prizes, in accordance with Keyspire’s Privacy Policy available at www.keyspire.com/privacy-policy.

12. Governing Law

These rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where applicable US federal or state law applies to US resident participants.
