Where Randy and Alison were before joining Keyspire:
“When we started with Keyspire in Feb 2020, we had 3 student rentals in Waterloo for a total of 3 doors. Since then, we’ve added 3 more properties for a total of 22 doors. Also, we have 2 more properties with 13 doors under contract to close by the end of the year. In addition, we have a new build in Alberta with 8 doors scheduled to complete mid to late next year. In total, we have 43 doors under contract!!”
