Where Christine was prior to joining Keyspire:

“When we started, we dabbled in real estate. We owned our own homes, but flipped them to selves. Each home was such a benefit going forward. We decided it was time to flip outside of our own home, so 6 years ago, we flipped a property and loved it. Since then we have flipped a few more, and purchased three investment properties well under value. Now we are scaling. We fully intend to grow bigger, and diversify.”

“So we had the mindset of debt is bad. As a Real Estate Agent I have watched and help build clients portfolios and couldn’t wrap my head around the “Debt”. So by working a few small key programs, we have increased our cash ow, by increasing rents, cashing out equity and beginning the next chapter. We spent about 10 hours a week ne tuning our direction and realizing liquid equity of $385,000″

Christine’s thoughts about joining Keyspire:

“Think of it as going back to school, or training. You don’t know what you don’t know you need to know 🙂 The investment to Keyspire will pay for itself – just in the education you receive simply from listening to the experienced inside the group or from sitting down and asking the questions.”

Since joining Keyspire Christine has increased her cash flow about $2000/month, and has been able to increase her cash for investing by about $100,000.
