How Cam has increased his net worth since joining Keyspire:
“We have closed on two four-plexes, a duplex, and a semi detached property all since Keyspire. Before that all we had was a student rental. We have been working on our portfolio for about 3 years. We have now shifted more towards passive investing options such
as private lending and private equity with the money we have made from our real estate holdings. Our net worth has increased by north of a million dollars.”
Cam talks about obstacles he faces and how Keyspire helped
“Knowing where to go next. The 3 day work shop team gave us many idea and opened our mind to different avenues.
Scott and Michael have always been inspiring but so many of the coaches and other members are too. Especially fellow members who we can see there success as more attainable then where Scott and Michael are at.”
Prior to joining Keyspire Cam was a student at the University of Guelph and his parents were both working 9-5 jobs. Now Cam runs a few companies in the real estate sector (property management, technology software for property management, investment companies) and his parents have the flexibility to leave their 9-5 job whenever they would like.
