We utilized a HELOC from our principal residence with the help of a Mortgage Broker and our power team, we were successful in securing our property. In 6 months we completed a full renovation of the property including all utilities plumbing, HVAC, and interior a deck and landscaping. This included a significant amount of “Sweat Equity” and turned an underperforming $900 dollar a month property into a beautiful $2,800 a month property. In less than a year we increased the value of the property by $130,000 bringing our net worth up to $960,000″
