How Ben has increased his net worth by using Keyspire programs and coaching:

“My net worth has significantly increased since I first joined Keyspire and continues to grow everyday. Since joining Keyspire I have done 7 deals on my own or with JV (Joint Venture) partners, my net worth has increased to over $500k and I didn’t close on my first property after joining Keyspire until October 2020. In just over a year since joining Keyspire, I have been able to increase my net worth to this amount, also since I quit my job, I have earned the same amount of active income in the form of acquisition fee’s that I would have working full time as an electrician with my previous company over the same time span. As far as time spent I have studied or worked on real estate in some form or another everyday since I got my membership, the growth has been incredible however it has come as a byproduct of being committed and doing what is important every single day.
My income has significantly increased. The fact that I can do real estate full time and earn the same amount that I did when I was doing electrical is remarkable. Also to add in the equity growth and the compounding effect that real estate has over time it often blows my mind how much of an impact it has had on my financial future”

Ben talks about Keyspire the benefits of a Keyspire coach:

“In the beginning having a coach was incredibly valuable to me. I had a lot of questions about how things worked and being able to get quick timely and accurate responses allowed me to make quick decisions and move forward. Since I have become more advanced having my coach has been really enjoyable to go back to and talk about the progress.”

Ben shares about the benefits he received from Keyspire and the role Keyspire played in his success:

Keyspire has brought me closer to my father than ever before, we have worked together on some of my investments and I know that this is only going to increase over time. It has also brought me closer to my sister as she has been inspired by what I have done and invested in a rental property of her own. I am really excited for all of the beautiful moments that I will be able to afford as the years go on in my real estate investing journey and I know that this success will increase the bonds and love that I have amongst my family already.
Keyspire played a very critical part in my overall success. They changed how I saw the world, allowed me to overcome some of the fears that likely would have stopped me if I tried to go at it alone. They created enough momentum for me to move across Canada and work to create the life that I always wanted. I can very easily say I would not be where I am today and not be doing what I am doing had I not made the decision to join Keyspire when I did.”

Prior to joining Keyspire Ben was an electrician by trade for 8 years in British Columbia. Ben began his journey in real estate when he purchased his first income property and shortly after, he joined Keyspire to learn more. Ben now lives in new Brunswick and drove across Canada from where he started to be more involved in the properties he purchased and to scale up into some bigger properties with Joint Venture partnerships. Ben works on his real estate business full time. Being an entrepreneur has been a dream come true for Ben. It has allowed Ben more time to discover himself, the ability to give back to charities that are important to him and the ability be more generous which improves the lives of everyone who is around him.
