Where Ali was prior to joining Keyspire and real estate investing:
“I have been a professional touring musician for the last 30 years (since I was 18 years old). I have been away from home playing shows around the world for a total of 10 years, if I put it all back to back. Investing in real estate, and the cashflow that it provides, has given me the opportunity to operate a change & be at home, giving me the luxury to make choices and still be doing things I love. I couldn’t be
more grateful! ”
How Ali & Martine have increased their net worth since joining Keyspire:
“Cashflow-wise, about 25K/year. If we are talking overall income, 135K/year. In 4 years since we joined, our net worth has increased from $300K to $1.4 million. We have done 13 deals since joining, and I expect that in about 1 to 1.5 years from now, cashflow will have replaced my salary entirely. (Not that I intend quitting my job yet!) Next step: replacing Martine’s income 🙂
At this point, we could sit it out and wait for retirement, and – sad to say – we’d be in a better position than a majority of Canadians in 10-15 years from now. This is not the goal, however. I’m happy to say that I have found a real passion and a new path to personal growth doing REI, so this is all just the beginning of the journey for me! ”
Ali shares his experience with Keyspire coaching and community:
“My personal coaching sessions with my Keyspire coach have been essential in giving me the guts to go ahead with certain strategies, avoid costly mistakes, and making sure that I considered all the options available to me. The overall professionalism, the respectful tone in all the conversations, whether in person or -particularly should I say – on social media. Keyspire is by far the best safe-space to exchange about real estate without ever being trolled or judged. Add to that the fact that the material is constantly updated and follows the actual reality of our markets. Keyspire is #1 in my book!”
